The Mafalda

The Mafalda is our quintessential Italian leather sandal. When I was young, summer didn¡¯t truly start until I had a sandal similar to this one custom made just for me at one of many artisan workshops along the coast of Southern Italy. To make our version, Paolo and his team use the traditional technique that the area is known for, weaving the sandal¡¯s interlocking leather straps through slots in the leather footbed for a precise, made-for-you fit.
